Information entered in the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) by caseworkers contributes to the capitation payment each Managed Care Organization (MCO) receives. It is very important for caseworkers to enter correct information about the customers in IES, including the Residency County.

The Central Office sends the MCOs daily and monthly reports of all changes in enrollment.
