WAG 20-24-04: MCO Services

PM 20-24-04.

Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) are required to provide all covered Medicaid services to a customer as long as the customer does not have any other medical coverage. If a customer has other medical coverage including private insurance or Medicare, then Medicaid is the payer of last resort and only covers Medicaid-covered services not covered by the customer's primary insurance.
