WAG 20-22-03: Payment

PM 20-22-03.

Payment can only be made when prior or post approval has been given. The fee is based on the type of provider, such as taxi or Medicar. Providers beside a common carrier, such as an ambulance or bus, are paid the lower of 25¢ per mile or the rate charged.

1. (Provider) Sends bills to Bureau of Claims Processing.
2. (FCRC) Refer providers with questions about billing to BCHS.
