WAG 20-08-11-b.

If personal funds are managed by a guardian, the guardian must:

• promptly report any change in circumstances to the Family Community Resource Center;
• spend the funds for the client's benefit;
• keep an accurate record of all expenditures; and
• keep all records confidential.
