WAG 20-10-01

To be a qualified provider of inpatient physical rehabilitation, a hospital must be:

• a general hospital that participates in the medical program and has a unit that specializes in physical rehabilitation; or
• a hospital that participates in the medical program and is licensed as a physical rehabilitation hospital.
