Cash or Medical REDE and SNAP REDE Completed Within 60 Days of the End of the SNAP Approval Period

A  IL 444-1893 SNAP and Cash Redetermination and Medical Renewal Form is centrally sent to Cash and Medical units approved for SNAP benefits on regular rolls, if the Cash or Medical REDE and the SNAP REDE are not completed prior to 60 days before the end of the approval period.
