  3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: March 25, 2025
    1. Committee quorum not present - will be considered for approval next quarter.
  4. Presentation on DHS Division of Behavioral Health & Recovery
    1. Division launching on July 1, 2025.
    2. Angie Hampton - We've been a behavioral health provider since 1970s and are excited about this change. We (and other providers) do anticipate challenges in integrating these services in-house (e.g., being able to hire staff that have experience in both fields).
      1. Ryan Rollinson - A lot of agencies have had to build these two services separately. SUPR is currently updating DARTS and working on procurement of a new system that may alleviate some pain points in the long term.
    3. Ireta Gasner - is there an advisory body guiding the development of DBHR?
      1. Ryan Rollinson - yes, we're working alongside a multitude of external partners including IL MH Planning and Advisory Council, IL Substance Use Advisory Council, focus groups with providers, etc.
  5. Read Out on DHS FY26 Budget
  6. Discussion on Agenda Items for Q3 Committee Meeting
    1. Birth equity (e.g., impacts of Medicaid changes, ECCS grant report, Birth Equity Blueprint)
