Illinois Administrative Code, Title 77: Public Health Chapter: Department of Human Services, Subchapter d: Licensure Part 2060, Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Intervention Licenses (commonly referred to as Administrative Rule, Part 2060) has been published in the Illinois Register, Issue 16, on April 18, 2025.

Licensed substance use disorder intervention and treatment organizations should begin familiarizing themselves with the revised standards contained in the new Part 2060. Organizations should use this new rule text as the official standard and disregard any previous printed or electronic versions. Additional guidance and information regarding training opportunities regarding the new rule will be forthcoming.
