When a Food Assistance Household loses a member, delete the member for the next regular roll authorization that can be changed while providing at least 10 days notice before the date of change, see PM 01-06-03.
Note: The Head of Household (HOH) on a case cannot be changed. If the HOH is being deleted from a case, the case must be cancelled and the other household members must reapply on their own if they wish to continue to receive benefits.
