Request the required proof from the Change Reporting SNAP household via Verification Checklist (IL444-267 VCL) if the change will result in a decrease in benefits, or no change in benefits, or the effect of the change is unknown.

IES sends Notice of Decision (IL444-360c) to cancel benefits if verification is not returned within 10 calendar days.
