Cases are SWAPped when a Cash case is closed and an AABD Medical, FamilyCare Assist, All Kids Assist, QMB Only, SLIB Only, or QI-1 case is opened or when an AABD Medical, FamilyCare Assist, or All Kids Assist case is closed and a Cash case is opened.
A QMB Only, SLIB Only, or QI-1 case cannot be SWAPPED to an AABD Medical, FamilyCare Assist, All Kids Assist, or Cash case.
Cases cannot be SWAPped between TANF or All Kids Assist and All Kids Share and All Kids Premium. To change the case status from TANF Cash or All Kids Assist to All Kids Share or All Kids Premium, the TANF or All Kids Assist case must first be canceled. Then set up a new All Kids Share, or All Kids Premium case.
To change the case status from All Kids Share or Premium to TANF or All Kids Assist, first cancel the All Kids Share or Premium case. Then set up a new TANF or All Kids Assist case.
Note: These procedures are no longer applicable after IES Phase 2 implementation. IES will allow a program to be added or deleted from an IES case without.
