Grantee shall recognize the need to strengthen and address the availability of mental health care to the under resourced Hispanic community in Highwood and Highland Park. The Grantee will provide evidence-based mental health care, including onsite outpatient group art therapy to school-aged children and case management for all ages. Services will be offered at Josselyn's Highland Park location and other local community locations for case management. Grantee will also provide a mental health support group for Hispanic seniors, to be offered at the Highland Park Senior Center as well as referrals to Josselyn's Highland Park office for comprehensive mental health care. Grantee will also offer community engagement activities to highlight Nuestro Josselyn resources available to the community.
All funds will be used for programmatic support (personnel, supplies, overhead, etc.). Nothing will be spent on capital.
