WAG 17-04-03-f: Denial Within 30 Days and Delay Caused by SNAP Unit

PM 17-04-03-f.

Deny the application no later than the 30th day following the date of application when the Family Community Resource Center cannot determine eligibility because the SNAP unit did not complete the application process (see PM 17-03-04-c).

File the denied case in a place it can easily be retrieved, because the case may be reopened if the SNAP unit:

• provides missing verification between 31 and 60 calendar days following the original application date.
