WAG 17-03-04-e.

When the Family Community Resource Center is responsible for not processing the application within 60 days and the case file is complete, continue processing the application until a decision is made.

If the SNAP unit is eligible, approve benefits as follows:

• Family Community Resource Center Caused the Delays in Both the First and 2nd 30-Day Periods - Approve benefits for the fiscal month of application and the 2nd fiscal month.
• SNAP Unit Caused the Delay in the First 30-Day Period and the Family Community Resource Center Caused the Delay in the 2nd 30-Day Period - Approve benefits for the fiscal month of the 2nd 30-day period.
