PM 17-01-02-a: HFS's Central All Kids Unit Application Processing

The HFS Central All Kids Unit processes applications for Family Health Plans and ACA Adults. Eligibility is based on Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) budgeting policy.

Eligibility for emergency medical and AABD Medical are not determined by the All Kids Unit. Applications that require an emergency medical or AABD determination are transferred to the appropriate DHS FCRC.
