Summary:
- The Asset Verification System (AVS) Web Portal login requirements are being updated to ensure the security of the information contained on the site.
Effective 12/01/2024, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be included in the AVS Web Portal login procedure. MFA requires users to enter a six-digit authentication code to access the portal. Staff are required to have a state email address listed on their AVS profile.
The steps below are for staff that do not have a state email address associated with their AVS profile:
- Select Login, the User Email Registration screen will be displayed.
- Enter your state email address, then select SAVE.
- Check your Outlook Inbox for an email from healthsupport@pcghealth.
- The email will contain the following message and a unique code: Please enter the 6-digit code below to verify your identity and gain access to your AVS portal account.
- Enter the provided 6-digit code and select Verify.
Staff with a state email address associated with their AVS profile will not see the User Email registration screen.
The authentication process, which includes the entry of the provided code, is required once per workday.
