CILA Rates Annual Update June 30, 2024
This data applies to Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) Model Rates, Program Code 60D for 24 Hour and Host Family CILA and 61H for Hourly Intermittent CILA. This report shows the CILA Rate Model staffing methodological formulas which have been in effect since the beginning of the CILA Rate Model. This report does not show the Guidehouse staffing methodological changes which went into effect July 1, 2024. For questions, please contact:

This issue of the CILA Rates Update represents data through June 30, 2024. The financial numbers (dollar amounts) reported in this edition of the CILA Rates Annual Update show CILA Model Rates without any COVID premiums. A comparison of previous CILA Rates Updates in FY22, FY21 andFY20 will show funding changes as a result of rate components being switched from paid in the 60D CILA rate to other billable supports under different bill codes; rates may have included different COVID premiums; and several changes to rate calculation methodologies were implemented in these fiscal years. As such, a comparison to previous years or future year's financial numbers may not be an accurate comparison

This also assumes all awarded hours of 61H, 62H and 63H are billed at the 61H (1:1) rate.
