PM 16-04-04: Guardianship Fees

WAG 16-04-04.

When determining initial eligibility for benefits and reviewing ongoing eligibility, do not allow a deduction from income for the payment of guardianship and/or related fees, such as:

• court ordered evaluations;
• court costs;
• attorney fees;
• establishment, maintenance, or termination costs of the guardianship; and
• any other guardianship related expenses.
