  1. Program Description
    RPSA Youth Development Training, Technical Assistance, and Support (RYD-TTAS) providers assist funded community organizations located within the identified Chicago community areas with evaluating the need for evidenced-based and evidenced-informed youth development services, designing and implementing youth development programs, and strengthening the quality of existing youth development programming. These providers funded under this CSFA are considered IDHS-approved training and technical assistance providers. .
  2. FY25 Continuation Application
    Current Providers will receive a continuation application packet via email. Providers may request additional copies of the continuation application by sending an email to DHS.ViolencePreventionServices@illinois.gov  
    1. This continuation application is for Fiscal Year 2024 funding for RYD-TTAS (CSFA #444-80-2772) 
    2. Eligibility is limited to current RPSA Youth Development Training, Technical Assistance and Support (RYD-TTAS) providers funded under CSFA# 23-444-80-2772.
    3. Each applicant must be registered in the Illinois GATA Grantee Portal and must continue to be GATA Pre-Qualified.
    4. Applicant organizations must complete the FY24 ICQ before an award can be made. (Accessed through the Grantee Portal.) If the FY24 ICQ is not available in the Grantee Portal prior to the application due date, grantees should submit their application without the ICQ and will notified when it becomes available.
    5. Applicant organizations must submit a complete FY24 Application Packet to DHS.ViolencePreventionServices@illinois.gov by the due date listed in the continuation application. Include "CSFA# 444-80-2772" on the subject line.
    6. A complete application packet includes:
      1. Uniform Application for Grant Assistance
      2. Application Summary Page and Program Narrative UPDATE
      3. FY24 Budget must be entered into CSA by application due date
      4. Any Additional attachments required by your program
      5. If your organization is proposing to use subrecipients in this program, you must complete the Subrecipient section of this application and include the corresponding attachments for each subrecipient.
      6. All Organizations must also include a signed Grantee Conflict of Interest Disclosure.pdf.
      7. If choosing Advance Payment (Advance and Reconcile) or Working Capital Advance payment method, include the Advance Payment Request Cash Budget IL444-4985.pdf (state.il.us).pdf.
    7. The Bureau of Violence Prevention reserves the right to request additional information from the applicant to assist in FY24 funding and programmatic decisions.
