WAG 16-01-04-b: Cash/SNAP and MANG/SNAP Unit

To change the payee for SNAP units receiving cash and/or medical, follow WAG 16-01-04-a to complete HFS 552 except:

• Item 60 - Change cross reference numbers for all component units.
• Item 78 - Reenter.

This puts cross-reference case numbers on the component unit's Form 552.
