PM 13-02-08: Deletion of SNAP Unit Member

When the SNAP unit reports timely that a member has left the home, delete the person from the case for the next payment month that can be affected. Do not use the former member's income, expenses or assets when determining the remaining members' eligibility or benefit amount.  If reported untimely, remove the person from the SNAP calculation for the month to be affected based on their reporting status.
