DDD Communication - DSP Hours Pause Extended Through End of Fiscal Year

As the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) continue to work in good faith with the Ligas Rates Oversight Committee and with trade and advocacy organizations on the implementation of the Guidehouse Rate Study recommendations and as IDHS, DDD, and the Oversight Committee discuss potential scenarios that ensure the continuity of quality services and supports across the CILA program, implementation on changes to DSP hours will continue to be paused through the end of the fiscal year (through June 30, 2024). Please be on the lookout for additional information from DDD on potential scenarios for implementation and ICAP updates via regular DDD Communications soon.
