WAG 11-03-03-c: Review of Need for Sheltered Care

PM 11-03-03-c.

Review the need for care and point count assessment. Review:

• whenever indicated on an individual case basis, and
• at least every 12 months from the date of the last review for sheltered care.

A person's need for sheltered care services must be certified by a doctor upon admission.
