Raven Harvey, a dedicated 4th year student at ICRE-R, proudly manages Coffee Corner, ICRE-R's popular coffee shop, where she also showcases her culinary flair with her own range of baked goods.

She was honored with the 'Entrepreneurship for Youth with Disabilities' award from the UIC Department of Disability and Human Development. Furthering her passion, she also attended The Food Tech Innovation Summit, delving deep into the advancements of food technology.
