PM 09-01-08: Overpayments (SNAP)

WAG 09-01-08.

The sponsor and/or the noncitizen are responsible for repaying any overpayment caused by the sponsor providing incorrect information. If the sponsor had good cause or was without fault for supplying incorrect information, the noncitizen's SNAP unit is responsible for repayment.

If the sponsor did not have good cause, the Bureau of Policy Development decides whether to file the overpayment against the sponsor or noncitizen, or both.
