PM 08-04-04-k: Unearned Income of Excluded Member

WAG 08-04-04-k.

Budget a prorated share of the unearned income of a SNAP unit member excluded for one of the following reasons as nonexempt unearned income. Unit members can be excluded because they:

• do not meet Social Security Number policy, or
• are ineligible noncitizens, or
• have not had their citizen/USCIS status verified.
