PM 06-36-03: Case Changes/Redeterminations

WAG 06-36-03

 Eligibility must be redetermined every twelve (12) months, or when a change is reported. Persons in this program are subject to the change reporting requirements as described in PM 01-02-02-a.

When an update or redetermination is completed, cases must be reviewed to ensure customers are being placed in the correct program(s) and to check if the customer is eligible for one of the Federally Funded Medical Programs.

An individual's eligibility under this program shall be terminated if the individual no longer meets the program requirements.
