WAG 03-13-05-a: Preparation for the Client Interview

PM 03-13-05-a.

  1. (FCRC) Send Form 1721 to the client to schedule a meeting.
    1. Allow an hour and a half to conduct the interview.
    2. Reserve a place for the interview that is private and will be relatively free of interruption.
  2. Before the meeting, review the client's case record to document important information which may be necessary in conducting the interview. This information includes, but is not limited to, the following:
    • present TANF counter,
    • financial information for the household,
    • most recent RSP,
    • most recent assessment,
    • referral history and progress reports,
    • sanction and cancellation history,
    • case notes, and
    • pertinent case information.
  3. After completing the profile, meet with those who will be participating in the client interview to review the information and prepare for the interview.
