Summer Strategies Recommendation Guide

Each LAC should fill out the following Summer Strategy recommendation guide and return it to dhs.violencepreventionservices@illinois.gov. Please feel free to add any community level planning attachments that already exist for your community that demonstrate current, ongoing, and future violence prevention efforts.
