IDHS/SUPR SUD Treatment System Workforce Survey
In collaboration with Prevention First, the Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR), is collecting information about the substance use disorder (SUD) treatment workforce.
Counselors, clinical supervisors/directors, nurses, and physicians working in IDHS/SUPR licensed organizations delivering SUD treatment services (ASAM Levels of Care 1, 2, 3.1, 3.2, 3.5, 3.7, including Opioid Treatment Programs) are encouraged to complete this survey.
IDHS/SUPR is interested in understanding workforce factors currently impacting the SUD treatment network. To accomplish this, we are collecting information pertaining to professional staffs' demographics, education, professional licenses, SUD certifications, and training.
This survey data will help IDHS/SUPR identify opportunities to increase support for the SUD treatment workforce. This survey will take approximately fifteen minutes to complete.
Participation is voluntary, however, IDHS/SUPR highly encourages you and your staff to participate in this important activity. Link to the survey: FY22 IDHS/SUPR Treatment Provider Survey
