The applicant must develop a budget consistent with program requirements.
A separate budget must be submitted for each consent decree you are serving. A Suffix will need to be used when submitting your budget (under "NOFO Suffix" in CSA). The suffixes are as follows:
- Colbert Consent Decree: Suffix CCD
- Williams Consent Decree: Suffix WCD
For example, if an applicant's funding is for both Colbert and Williams Consent Decrees, two budgets must be submitted, one associated with each Consent Decree for the program.
The budget must be completed prior to the deadline, which is the same date the application is due.
