When the FCRC learns of a child who may be eligible for services through the MFTD waiver program, provide the customer with DSCC's toll free number: 1-800-322-3722. If DSCC finds that the child is potentially eligible for the MFTD waiver, DSCC contacts Office 238.

If a family indicates their child is receiving services through the MFTD waiver, or has applied for the waiver through DSCC, check for a pending or active Office 238 case. If none found, or for more information, call Office 238 at 217-557-7818.
