If someone who has lost SSI benefits meets the above criteria, approve medical benefits as an AABD Cash zero grant case.
NOTE: A disabled adult child who is eligible for social security benefits draws the benefits based on a parent's wage record. The social security claim number suffix for a disabled adult child begins with a C (for child's benefit).
