WAG 06-02-01.

To qualify for benefits under the Repatriate Program, a person or family must be referred to DHS by the U.S. Department of State through the Repatriate Branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). DHS determines repatriates' eligibility for cash benefits.
