MR #21.24: Revises the SNAP Basis of Issuance Tables Effective 10/01/2021 and Other Miscellaneous Changes

Summary

This manual release adds the revised Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Basis of Issuance Tables effective 10/01/2021 to the Cash, SNAP and Medical Policy Manual. It also includes miscellaneous manual pages inadvertently omitted from Manual Release #21.23: October 2021 Increase in SNAP Allotments, Utility Standards, Income and Deduction Standards, dated 10/08/2021.
Effective 10/01/2021, for Change Reporting SNAP households, the reporting requirement for earned and unearned income changes increased from $100 to $125.
Effective 10/1/2021, the asset limit increased to $3,750 for qualifying member households and $2,500 for all other SNAP households who are not categorically eligible. This manual release includes updated manual pages to reflect this change.

This manual release also includes a correction to the example in WAG 13-01-01 of the child support deduction comparison to the gross income test previously published in Manual Release #21.23: October 2021 Increase in SNAP Allotments, Utility Standards, Income and Deduction Standards, dated 10/08/2021
