WAG 06-01-06-b: Participation Requirements

The Voluntary Sponsoring Agency (VOLAG) sends Verification of Contribution From Voluntary Sponsoring Agency/Sponsor (Form 2422) to notify the Family Community Resource Center that a client:

• has quit a job,
• refused a job offer,
• refused to apply for a job, or
• refused job skill or English language training.

The Refugee Job Placement Agency sends Referral to Refugee Job Placement Agency (Form 2424) to notify the Family Community Resource Center that the client has refused an offer of a job, or refused to apply for a job.
