PM 05-03-02-c: Notice of Adverse Action

WAG 05-03-02-c.

A unit with a member sanctioned due to an IPV is notified with a Notice of Disqualification for Intentional Program Violation. A unit with a member sanctioned for failure to comply with SNAP E & T is notified with a Notice of Change. Both notices inform the unit about:

• the effective date of the disqualification; and
• the remaining members' eligibility and benefit amount.
