PM 03-06-04-c: Combination Cases

WAG 03-06-04-c.

When the adult with 60+ months is the parent of only some, not all, of the children, the children without an ineligible parent remain eligible for cash. A 2nd adult in the case may also remain eligible. Combination cases are usually 3 generation cases (i.e., a minor parent and their child are included in the same case with the minor parent's parent and siblings) or parent and stepparent cases. When there are 2 adults with different counters in an adult-only case, the adult with a counter under 60 remains eligible if the adult with 60+ months is not the parent of all the children.
