PM 03-05-06: Person Under Age 19 Not Living With a Caretaker Relative (94R)

WAG 03-05-06.

A child under age 19 who does not live with a caretaker relative is eligible for All Kids Assist benefits under Category 94 with a basic number that begins with an R. The case can be Regular or Spenddown.

Each 94R case has one person in it. The 94R case is centrally canceled at age 19. A central notice is sent before the case is canceled.

All nonfinancial and financial eligibility factors are the same for 94 and 94R cases except, for 94R the child does not have to live with a caretaker relative.
