WAG 03-01-02-f: Persons Granted Conditional Entry and Certain Parolees

1. (FCRC) Obtain the INS status and the date of entry from the I-94. For persons granted conditional entry prior to 04/01/80, the I-94 has a notation of Section 203(a)(7). For persons paroled at least one year prior to 08/22/96, the I-94 has a notation of Section 212(d)(5).
2. (FCRC) Verify INS status through SAVE.
3. (FCRC) Enter code 33 in Item 74 of Form 552.
