PM 02-08-03-a: Required Verification

WAG 02-08-03-a.

Verify identity before issuing expedited benefits. If the applicant cannot prove their identity, process the application using regular standards. When identity is proven, apply the expedited processing timeframes.  For expedited interviews, use electronic sources first to obtain required verifications. If unable to verify electronically, send the verification checklist once the interview has been conducted and allow 10 calendar days for customer to submit verifications.
