PM 02-04-07: Transferring an Application (Cash,Medical)

Do not transfer a Cash, Medical, or SNAP application while it is pending except in rare instances with the approval of the LOA.  For SNAP if a customer requests a case transfer while the application is pending, process the application prior to transferring the case.
