Revised Administrative Rule 2060 Open Public Comment
The above Smart Alert from Laura Garcia, Director of the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR) addresses the formal adoption process of a revised new rule that will replace the current Part 2060. The title of the new rule will still be Part 2060 and the process and timeframe for submitting comments or feedback is identified in the Smart Alert.
