9.  Program Budget

• Providers agree to establish and utilize a budget approved by the Provider's Board of Directors.
• This budget must be submitted through the Illinois Department of Human Services Community Service Agreement (CSA) Tracking System for review and approval by Program staff and the Fiscal Unit.
