Illinois DMH Providers are invited to attend this upcoming IPS Conference. The morning session of April 3 is dedicated to Providers interested in exploring the idea of incorporating IPS into your Agency.

Attached is the registration information for the 2019 Illinois IPS Conference to be held at the Northfield Inn & Conference Center in Springfield, IL on April 3rd and 4th 2019.
If you would like to attend, please complete and return the attached registration form, for all attendees, to Jennie Melton by email at jennie.melton@illinois.gov. Conference registration is limited and the registration deadline is March 27th or until full. As mentioned in the Save-the-Date, all trainings at this conference will be offered to all Illinois IPS stakeholders and staff at no cost.
If you would like to attend the dinner & reception on the evening of April 3rd, the cost will be $27 per person. We have arranged a discounted hotel rate at the Northfield Inn ($70 per night plus tax, which includes continental breakfast) for conference participants. Please be sure to use code "the Division of Mental Health" to secure the discounted hotel rate. We are collecting hotel and dining information on the registration form for planning purposes but please note that all payments and hotel reservations will need to be to be made with the Northfield Inn.
We have also attached our 2019 conference agenda. We are thrilled to share this incredible line-up of talented speakers and trainers that we have scheduled. All breakout sessions will be first come, first served and are not able to be reserved in advance. We will continue to send out additional information as we get closer to the event, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.
