Summary:
- On April 1, 2019 the Stroger FCRC is relocating.
- The Stroger FCRC will begin to see customers at a new location on April 1, 2019.
- A copy of the client notice announcing the relocation is attached.
On April 1, 2019 the Stroger FCRC will be relocated to a new location. The new Stroger address is 1701 S. First Ave. (Suites 100 & 200), Maywood, Illinois 60153. The office phone numbers are (708) 538-3200, Nextalk (866) 214-8309 and fax number is (708) 538-3217.
