- NEW: The NOFO Number changed to 444-22-1529-01(R).
- REVISED: The Payment Method has been changed to Monthly Invoices rather than Quarterly Invoices. See Section B Funding Information - 6. Payment Method.
- REVISED: The type of budget was changed to the Uniform Grant Budget rather than the Fixed Rate Budget. See Section D. Application and Submission Information - 3. Budget Requirements.

FY19 DMH OPEN COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
One new Division of Mental Health Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) for State FY 2019 has been posted on the DMH Webpage at https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=101843 for program 800 Front Door Diversion Project. Applicants must follow all instructions listed in the NOFO.
The effective dates to apply are December 21, 2018 - February 15, 2019. Deadline is February 15, 2019 at 5:00 pm CST.
