This statewide training opportunity represents IDHS/SUPR's commitment to ensure, going forward, that ASAM training is available to enhance the skill level of the SUD treatment workforce. There are also future plans to offer a "training of trainers" workshop to develop a cadre of trainers who can continue to deliver ASAM training.

More information about the free training opportunity can be found in a previous Smart Alert.

There are still openings for upcoming ASAM training sessions. Help us fill these FREE training sessions, which are open to licensed substance use disorder treatment providers and other interested organizations. This is a two-day training event, and each of the dates listed here are available.
