Case Notes

How to get to this page - Case Notes menu item within the case.

• Transition Specialists can view all case notes for the case.  They can edit/delete only those case notes that they have authored.
• The Case Note List will default to only display one year's worth of case notes going back from current date.  The Start Date and End Date can be changed to view the needed case notes.
