STEP Detail

How to get to this page - STEP Detail menu link within the case.

  • All STEP information is editable by the Transition Specialist.  The student can be exited from STEP via this page.
  • While the student is in STEP the case appears in both the DRS Counselor Case List and the Student List.  Exiting a student from STEP does NOT transfer the case from the Student List to the Case List but it does remove it from the Student List.
  • As soon as the student graduates please set the 'Has Graduated' droplist to YES and exit the student from STEP.
  • There is no STEP indicator.  The student simply enters the STEP program and exits the STEP program.
